
Day one of the personal training is over, I feel like I need to go get some Ben Gay and rub it all over my body. Since I have lifted weights before, it came as no surprise that I would be this sore the day after. I did not think it was too bad until I tried to take off my shirt last night, that is when the pain hit me again. That is ok, I know that after my next workout, I should be feeling better. It was a pretty good work out with weights and some cardio. I was very happy that I was able to do 12 push-ups in a row. I was disappointed that I could only do 10 lbs on the shoulder press machine. Oh well, I got to have something to improve on.
Tonight I am going to finish off the first week of my Couch to 5k App. I can't wait to finish up this week. I should be feeling good at the end of it.
