I don't know if it was the Couch to 5K run yesterday in the heat, or the way I slept last night, or the leg extensions I did with a stability ball this morning, (probably all 3), but my back is killing me. I hope it does get better quick. I am doing very well, I am still under 300 a few days later.
I have been haveing a great time at Core Fitness doing the personal training. I will get an assessment on Thursday or Friday to see how well I have done in the past month that I have been going.
As many of you know my weight has been going down, according to my numbers, I have lost 12 lbs since starting the training, but it will be interesting to see all of the other measurements.
I am back to wearing some of the jeans I "grew" out of, and I can tell that my shirts are fitting a little looser. So all is good now.
TODAY'S WEIGHT: 299.6 lbs.
(Doesn't that 2 look much better than the 3?)
