Comics and Couch to 5K

Week 4 of my Couch to 5K program was finished at 6 am this morning. Five more weeks to go. I am planning on running in a 5k with my brother on September 18th, for the Burlington Notre Dame 1st Annual Family Fun 5K Walk/Run. Should be fun, since I might be able to run the whole thing by then!

On a totatally different subject, I want to say that everyone should head to their local comic book shops today. A new comic book titled the Reading with Pictures Anthology goes on sale today, why do I care? Because I am actually a character in one of the comics that is featured! I play Mr. Jason W. Gavin, a teacher (I know it is a stretch), in a G-Man story drawn by one of the great comic book artists Chris Giarrusso! Here is a preview picture.
