Well, if you tuned in early yesterday morning to KZIA, you heard me announce that I am ready to pass on the shirt. When I first got it, I always said I would keep it for a year and now the time is up!
It was a great time, I will probably post a reflection at some point. But just because I will not be on the radio, this is not the end of my journey, it has just started in my mind...
I have been selected as the fourth member of the Brotherhood of the Traveling Shirt. The shirt was Matt Hoover's, the winner of the second season of the Biggest Loser. Matt passed it on to Scott Schulte, Schulte begat the shirt to Ryan Bevins, and then Ryan bestowed the shirt unto me. Do I have what it takes to continue the tradition of weight loss? Well this blog will be where I keep track of the successes and failures of my journey with the shirt...
