For those of you who missed my broadcast yesterday on the radio, I have provided it here. I think my voice is too nasally. Not much I can do to change that, maybe if I lose a lot of weight my voice will change and then I can have that deep baritone radio voice I have always wanted.
I did go visit a gym this morning to see what they offer and how much the memberships cost. My wife and I are going to visit another gym later today. We will probably make a decision about whether or not we will join a gym or not in the next few weeks.
Do gyms help or are they just a waste of money? I do not know, any thoughts?

I have been selected as the fourth member of the Brotherhood of the Traveling Shirt. The shirt was Matt Hoover's, the winner of the second season of the Biggest Loser. Matt passed it on to Scott Schulte, Schulte begat the shirt to Ryan Bevins, and then Ryan bestowed the shirt unto me. Do I have what it takes to continue the tradition of weight loss?
