I was hoping to get a photo at the North Liberty Fun Days fireworks display on Sunday night but, unfortunately, the fireworks were cancelled because of the storms.
I was able to get out for a few walks during the weekend despite the weather. I am hoping to step up my exercise a little bit. I have to get over this mental block I have with running. Back in high school and college, I loved to run, I would go jogging in the UNI-Dome for 30-40 minutes every night, but I just stopped running. I probably have not run any distance for at lease 8-9 years. (WOW)
I have decided that I am going to jog/walk the Bix 7 with my sister. I need to have a goal. So hopefully I will get through it.
Personally I seem to be stuck in the 320's, I got down to 319 last Thursday, but I am back in the 320's. I just have to keep chipping away.

Jason, congrats on taking the initiative to get healthy.
