
Well sometimes people say it is nice to have a goal when you are trying to loose weight. So today I went and set a goal. My goal is to finish the Bix 7 race, I would like to try and do it in around 90 minutes. I know I will not be able to run the entire 7 miles, but I would like to run a few and walk the rest. So now I have to go train for that!
TODAY'S WEIGHT: 319.8 lbs.
