
Well, on Sunday I participated in a 5k walk. It was put on by the WeightWatchers group at my work. The parking lot of one of buildings has a "track" outlined along the edge, it is exactly (or really close too) 1 mile. So it was good to do a few quick laps.
On Monday, I was pretty sore, I tried to walk on my treadmill, but could not do it. I am having back pain, hip pain, and my left foot feels like it is broken. I managed to bike this morning for about 40 minutes so hopefully my body will get back to normal.
I was hoping to do the Run the Flood this weekend but it is the North Liberty Fun Days, and my wife and I have to get ready for the annual garage sale!
TODAY'S WEIGHT: 321.2 lbs (its not coming off fast, but it is coming off)
