Yesterday I left Iowa City at 9:45 am and arrived in Virginia aroun 2 am (central time). I am exhausted today. But before I go any further, Happy 11th Anniversary to my wife!
We are on a little vacation and it is very important for me to keep my awareness of what I am eating up, the dangers of going out to eat (at IHOP this morning) and traveling in the car with all the "bordom" snack foods (skittles, reeses pieces).
My in-laws to live in a nice secluded neighborhood and I should be able to get out and go for walks during the day, I took a 3 mile walk this morning. The only bad thing is that the tempurature is supposed to reach 99 degrees tomorrow. UGH!
Well, I will try to post some pictures later in the week. The shirt did make the trip with us, so I will have to break it out sometime.
