What do you put in your mouth?


Last night I had my meeting with my personal trainer at Core Fitness, Drew. We talked about my goal. I think everything went well. We will be starting on Monday at 6 am. I am going to start keeping a food log for part of the personal training. I know that this is a successful tactic because when I have been successful before in loosing weight I have kept a food log. I really don't know why I have not started one yet since I started this journey. It really makes you think about what you put in your mouth because if you eat it you have to write it down!

I am slowly getting back down to the 310 that I was at on vacation. I am happy to be reaching that weight again.

TODAY'S WEIGHT: 310.8 lbs.

(although the scale at Core Fitness said I was 293! Not yet but I will reach that goal soon)
