A Quick Update

Time for a quick update today. I have started my third week of personal training at Core Fitness in North Liberty with Drew. I have to admit, I hate it every morning that I go in but I feel great every time I leave. It is good to have some one there that will make me do many things that I would not do on my own. I have to say that I love getting my butt kicked before many other people even wake up!
I finished the second week of my Couch to 5k app. I have to say I am a little intimidated by next weeks program, there is a stretch of running for 3 minutes. That seems like a long time to me right now, but I am sure in a couple weeks I will be laughing that I even posted this here.
Everything is still going well, the weight is coming off. I just need to keep the perspective that this is not a race. But my goal is to run a complete race!

TODAY'S WEIGHT: 304.0 lbs.
