Well, I am finally getting back into the groove of everything. My schedules are calming down. I have been getting in some really good workouts lately. Tomorrow I start the Live Healthy Iowa 100 Day Challenge at work, I hope this will give me something to keep motivated throughout the rest of the winter.
Should be very interested in seeing what I can pick up through this website and maybe try to get my eating under control. I don't think I eat too bad, but I do go out to eat too much. I need more ideas for better things to eat.
Here is another part of my journey, let's see what I can do.
