Winter Blahs!

I sit here, feeling defeated. I just went downstairs to try and exercise and I only got in about 10 minutes before I gave up. I really don't understand what happens to my body in the winter, I do shut down!
I have signed up at my work to do a "100 day challenge." I hope that will help me get back to moving and working out on a regular basis, I get into it a little bit and then just stop for no real reason! I am still down 41 lbs from when I started. So over the holidays I did gain 9 lbs. (Yes I finally put a battery in the scale!)
When I run on the treadmill I feel like I am just beginning again, that is not good considering I want to run the Bix 7 in the summer, a 7-mile race.
I hope to keep moving and losing weight, but I am really having trouble finding the motivation to keep this up.
I want to say good luck to some of my friends who are starting the Farrell's Bodyshaping program this week!
